I'm sorry, but when someone has deeply hurt me, well within the bounds of what should have been normal and reasonable expectations. When I know they know better, and there is NO good excuse, except that they are a nasty little person... this meditation doesn't help at all. Is there one for that? I am SO distressed because of this nasty individual- this person who enjoys inflicting suffering- who I can't get away from.

Right now i only know that the past its in the present and everytime i get angry, i bring a comment/judgement/memory from the past and my nerves get shaken to the point of no return. Its like i'm not me, and i know that. Everytime i feel sorry for what i do, but i know i'm right... i'm just angry about it
Wow thanks I mean I think I've learned this stuff from self help books and my counselor, but only in this vid did you put it all together. I totally need to work on this, or meditate.

Today. Today is the start of a new -- not new, fresh. A fresh mind.
My heart always hurts. It is a physical pain that is hard to cope with.
My mind is blank. Is is a mental pain that is difficult.
Combine those two, and it creates such a disillusion of everything because you are so focused on you and keeping yourself, just ok.
There is never a state of well being anymore, or peace.
Today marks the day where I send the hatred and pain, and only fill myself with peace and love
