@Zohaib1 - Mike is an endurance athlete, not a muscle head. He runs ultra-marathons, sometimes 50+ miles. I'm willing to bet that he is in better shape than you or anyone you know.

I hear ya, I did a rough estimate $3.00 a pound x 25 = 75.00 a day x 365= 27,375 and that is after taxes so lets say he is in the 35% tax bracket 27,375 x 1.35= $36,956 of gross wages a year. That is more than most people's mortgages which are at least an itemized deduction lol =)

It has been proven time and time again that humans thrive on these foods. People that eat this way also do not experience colds or flu's, body odor of any kind, bad breath, constipation, diarhea, disease especially cancer and heart disease which every single person dies from or any other uncomfortable thing you think is just normal.
This is the kind of diet I eat now and the 1st thing I noticed was how my exercise endurance improved very very quickly. I highly recommend it from my own experience as well.

ive Noticed that David Wolfe never competes in any Athletic events and there are NO videos showing wolfe exert himself using his body.
Wolfe is out of shape and flabby and has NO experience in Athletics like Mike does , Wolfe talks alot yet has the body of a fat slob

Obviously ALL fruits contain Sugar.
However through Hybridization, Sugar is increased and Minerals are decreased
you especially want to avoid all Seedless Fruits, as we find NO seedless fruits growing wild in Nature.
The way farmers get fruits to be seedless is through massive hybridization, the Fruit no longer has its natural inherrent biogenic viability.
in other words its lost alot of its Nutritional integrity. We should all only buy our Fruits with SEEDS
