Kate- try using non-sulfate shampoos. I'm not sure how often you wash your hair, but try conditioning it more than washing with shampoo if you can depending on how oily your hair gets. Some conditioners have cleaning agents in them. (btw I'm catching up on your vids hence why my comments are so behind.)

The origins of the "reversed V" actually comes from Agincourt, when the British humiliated the French by destroying them against all odds!!
