That was an Australian driver, happened to him twice in about 6 months, forced the car maker to accept the bad design of the car. he only got some medium injuries both times though, nothing life threatening.

No, the driver Jos Verstappen made it out just fine. What looked very serious from the outside wasnt as violent for thhe driver as you would think. He jumped out of the car only maybe 10 seconds after the fire and went to his motorhome to rest it off.
