I've never ridden a manual bike til my first motorcycle lesson 2 years ago, and i drove away within 10 minutes.. the real thing you've got to learn on a motorcycle is how the 200kg bike reacts in different circumstances, where to look while riding, position on the road, etc. Much more things to think about than riding a scooter..
