Of all the bands from the 80s, this band was the most unique, and I still hear so much of their influence in music.  Nine and a hlaf songs were something to make you feel good, give you that positive feeling. This song is a great example. Thanks for posting. However, there is an instrumental version of this song. This song just makes you feel better when you hear it. I too found it on that eppy of Cold Case...I loved the part where the little brother's going to school, and turns to see the ghosts of his big brothers.  Its like they're still looking out for him. :)

True, when this played on "Cold Case" epis. I was so moved by the song and the storyline. Rarely is african american lives being lost so poignantly shown and heralded. Very very touching and deep, I cried like a damn baby. Hearing brothers sing about love, life and emotions like this is something definable!
