@yukonnoka it's not against the constitution. judges have always upheld, aside from certain designated areas like the park in front of the whitehouse etc, that camping indefinitely is not covered under the first amendment. sorry, you can post up some signs and then camp out wherever you want forever. that's why it got broke up.
