@TraceurAlec I think you have it backwards. Im pretty sure that parkour is getting from one place to another as quick as possible, while free running is getting from one place to another with style (flips, cartwheels, etc.)

Freerunning is all about showing off your physical standards :) Freerunning is more flashy. PK fast, efficiency. Freerunning, Flashy, Fun. look. the thing is this: parkour goes only over obstacles and fastest way but freerunning is parkour in freestyle. in freerun, u focus to the style. sorry if i write something wrong cause i am finn. hope u understand =)

I came up with something that I think will erase that line: Flips and acrobatics might not be a part of THE parkour, however, they can be a part of YOUR parkour. I use the words interchangably now: Freerunning and Parkour are really one in the same to me, no difference at all.

EVERYTHING is BOTH parkour and freerunning, however I personally put freerunning INTO parkour, rather than the other way around, because that is what came first, Belle before Foucan.
