There are rides even creepier than that, but they are gone. One such ride was the old Submarine Voyage at Disneyland. Basically, you're riding in a leaking glass bottomed boat, through a submerged deteriorating concrete diorama, filled with mounted plastic fish, peeling mermaid dolls, and jerky animatronic marine life, as a man whose been dead for 20 years narrates in the clipped 50s manner that today can only be heard in old reruns of "Father Knows Best".

When I was little, about 5 years old, I went to Disneyland when they still had this show. And during my childhood I was really sick and it just so happened one of the days we went into Disneyland I had a really bad asthma attack and couldn't go on the other rides. Imagination has since been dismantled. Can't recall what they replaced it with...Never thought of the guys as creepy... In all the times I visited Disneyworld I never saw the "Jamboree." LOVE that place regardless. Although it is targeted at children it is far too fun when you are a grownup. I had a blast with my teenage boys last time (they were 16 & 21).
