@MrAlexLussier this can be true, but I doubt it. I live in Quebec as well. The uniform you are talking about is the SQ (and even at that they dont always have kaki uniforms). Its most likely in Montreal...but the police wear light blue shirts under their vests. The police that wear black shirts are usually the riot control police (they dont radar people) so again doubtful. And "police" is never on the front, its in big on the back of the vest.
