its a double edge sword - having next to no money means people in the PI build houses that are basic hotboxes and I mean HOT. some of the places i stayed in were just unbelievably poorly designed for the weather and not comfortable at all. That required airconditioning. Some didnt even have windows. Insulation Nil. It would be interesting to see a followup video of the place given that was recorded (?) 4.5 years ago -- whats moved on? the people, the place etc
there is a virus spreading in the phillipines i dunno wat is it but my kids and my whole family got affected i wonder y pres. of phils dont announce it obviously she dont cre bout her pipol.
Every houses or infrastructures to be built should be well design & inspected because once it's built these will be hard to change.

Dapat ay mag hire ang mga munisipyo ng "Public Architect" to design houses for those people who cannot afford their services.
