i like Joel's voice. maybe he can't sing perfectly, but his voice gives me the feeling. and he is a good songwriter, he wrote 8 songs alone on the album 101 Tambourines. maybe they're not instant classics, but we really like to joyride with friends to this music. and the video is fantastic too, funny.

I love Joel - he has got to be the best thing about BJM - I am glad to see him breaking out on his own. I must admit his facial hair style gives him that Cornelius from the Planet of the apes vibe. He should stick to chops- the monkey vibe is not good.

I like the music - I hope Joel's band goes far...they seem to be riding the BJM music style. I always thought Joel was tre-cool but he looks like Cornelius from Planet of the Apes. It is hard to look at him and not see a monkey. He should re-style those chops to bring out his good looks. His surrent style woudl only excite a chimpanzee. All that aside I will buy their CD and I'll see Monnkey and his new band.
