Why does society say we have to have a boyfriend at 14? Or even 15, 16, 17, or even 18? Even if we think we've found that special someone and we express that we love each other, there will always be people around us saying 'Yeah right, you're too young to know what love is!" But then if you're 18 and you've never had a bf or gf, people see you as pathetic. Just do what you want to do because, truth is, people won't be accepting regardless :/ Whenever you find it, you find it <3

We're bombarded with music, movies, and TV shows that depict people in relationships who are younger and younger, so we think there's something wrong with us if we deviate from that "norm." I'm 23 and I've never been in a long-term relationship. Does that make me a freak? No, it means I have standards and don't want to settle.

A family friend dated one guy for four years, it didn`t work out because he cheated on her. She thought she would never meet anyone else, surprise she did. She is married now and has two kids and she always says I am so glad it didn`t work out between her and her ex because her husband of 15 years treats her like gold. Have faith :)
@wishiwashi7 You should be proud to have only had two boyfriends, check out the other 23 year olds who had 10 million different boyfriends, they are cheap you can get them easily, but you might be difficult because they start with a bill granting women then when they want a serious relationship when they'll come to you

I'm a late bloomer and it's not something I share with many people because there's such a stigma attached to being single for so long. But there's nothing wrong with waiting for the right person. I have high standards and most guys I've met haven't lived up to them, and I think it's better to be alone than settle for just anyone to please other people.

Well I met him in San Jose...and he was so cute. He kept apologizing for sweating because it was like...104 degrees. DEADLY WEATHER...but he still came back out a second time after everyone went in. So awesome. I got the last picture with him too! I had to like...BEG his bodyguard. LOL. And he also liked my shirt :D So that was cool... lol
