This product DOES work. You can hardly expect a clearcoat pen to repair a DENT like you were trying to fix. Not only that, you don't pump the pen whilst applying.
If you are going to do a review, first know what you are talking about.

I got one for free along with an online package so i tried it too, several cars, different paintings, old, new, metallic, nonmetallic, etc... old paints are left with a nasty mark, that doesn`t go away and on new cars it gets washed off after some time :)
Solution - if you have minor scratches live with it or use some carwax to polish it out. If it is too much, get a paintjob done.
