The 9/11 attack was used as an excuse for attacking countries which contain resources the US wants to control. If you think that Chomsky hasn't dealt with those issues, then you must have been living in a cave for a few years. As for whether it was an inside job or not (I suspect that is your interest) he has said he doesn't think so.

I met Dr. Chomsky and I can honestly say that he is a great person. Although he is very busy, but thats not his fault.
