There was no inflection in tone when he said "Hussein." He merely stated the mans full name. BTW, his name is Barack Hussein Obama because his father, who died in 1982, was a Muslim. I don't think anyone here claims that it isn't his middle name. I mean, take me for instance, when I talk about the president, I say George "W." Bush. You know, because there was that other George Bush, it makes sense to bring in the W. Lord knows I don't find the need to use middle names. Here's George W.
