The intro riff has almost an identical melody to No One Knows, and the drums are similar. Same basic pattern during most of the song. Although the song does have very different feel to it...I suppose it could be coincidence, but it really does resemble No One Knows in many ways...that and around 2:28 the singer really sounds like Kurt Cobain. But I dunno anything about this band so I'm not gonna jump at them, waving my finger while yelling yelling "Rip offs!!!"

But yeah, similarities...
