  • Great job all around. Strong on all 3 lifts. Work on Squat depth. I used to put the bar low on my back for the squat and it would force me to sink my chest in getting out of the whole and my wrist would kill me after the workout. 2 people(Tony Conyers and Brian Highnote) told me to place the bar higher on my back. I played with different position but ended up being higher, and it helped me out completely. Just wanted to share. Hope all is well in NY.

  • great strenght, no question about it, but you need to work on your flexibility in the squat.
