Yes there are, i am using a mac myself, you just have to open your system preferences, go to keyboard settings and think on "use the f1,f2, ... keys as standard buttons" (text could be different i translated it from Dutch)

You won't be able to usa all f-keys though, but still the spellbook, prayer and special attack ones

(if u hold shift and f1 for example it does allow you to go to your inventory but that's kind of difficult during a fight)
