Drawing Smooth Lines

Really guy great but I already knew about zooming in and stuff . :S but it something with my settings . When i use sai I can change the smoothing Power and make nice lines but on photoshop i can't it seems only cs 2 can do that but I was trying to find out if cs 3 4 or 5 are able to do that Can you help me iout?

was wondering if this style of drawing (especially with a glove) leave marks on the screen?

and also, doesn't it tire your back to draw in such fashion? wouldn't it be more comfortable to put the screen on your lap?
