  • Nah, I don't think he was. But that's how some people intentionally mispell Flxible.

If the Metro fans love Flxible that damn much, they would respect it's name and spell it right.

And not to worry folks. I may be an RTS fanatic, but I do like the Metro just as much.

  • yo Quandiddy dont forget that MCI Classics too and the Fishbowls, They Rule too Son

  • I believe the 9500s in DC WMATA Will be around for few more years, Shit my 1995s from Chicago CTA is retiring within next year over dumb ass New Flyers. Flxible Metros/ RTS Rules!!!!!

  • You mean the 9800s. The 9500s were 1984 model Neoplan AN-440s. WMATA retired those sometime in the mid-late '90s.

  • Ohh, Thanks for corrections.

  • I miss seeing the Flxs. Too bad they only run weekday rush hours only. My 9400s are the bomb.

    PLEAZZ,,

  • Spellcheck time: It's F-L-X-I-B-L-E, but is pronounced as "Flexible." The first "e" in the name was dropped in 1919 so that the company could trademark the name.

  • Don't worry over people nit pickin' about spelling. We know what you mean and also love them Flxibles!!!!! Check my four videos of the vintage WMATA fishbowls way back in the day. You may like!

  • Cool I missed the Flxible's down in Baltimore.
