Bush is actually very very smart. Much much smarter then all the people making comments on how dumb he is. he always has to be politicly correct, never saying anything that can be interpreted different ways, make sure not to expose government secrets, all the while making it sound in his favor. instead of looking at his speeches like most slaves in the US, look at his actions in detail. While he was power hungry and greedy and not caring about us citizens, he was very manipulative and SMART.
