  • Lee i'v been trying to get you to answer my question for a while so sorry but this will be posted on lots of your vids :)....I'm doing the 12 week routine outlined in the blast your bench. Can I do lots of cardio afterwards like an hour or should i turn the 5 minute warm up into an hour of cardio...or even do 30 before and 45 minutes after the workout?????

    When i saw you first i though to myself "damn he is freaking lean for 13 weeks out" Just cause i burn the fat off my legs last. I always have a low bodyfat on my upperbody though. Just something fun that i thought of right now.

  • The only thing I've consistently seen that seems to need improvement are your trapezius muscles. I think the arms could be improved overall. Lee, I hope you know that I'm definitely a fan of what you do and just thought I'd offer some constructive criticism. Best of luck to you bro.

  • it's good, just need a little more definition in the lats and triceps. It seems you're like sheer size then definition and have a lot of bulk. Your stomache is a little chubby too.

    Yep, that's the whole point of contest dieting. I'm planning on losing 20+ pounds to get ready for the show.

    according to the accu-measure bodyfat tester I'm 9.5% but I don't put a lot of faith in bodyfat percentage. The main thing is what you look like. After all on stage that's all that matters, the judges just go by what you look like, it's not like they go and measure your bodyfat percentage :-)

    and have people post response videos showing their progress... maybe a contest for some whey to the dude with the best progress..

  • well thats a good question, muscle and fat weight the same technically, 1 pound a muscle is the same as 1 pound of fat!

    however muscle is more dense and takes up less space in the body than fat. so bring on the muscle!

    and if obviously not to the first comment, he is cutting down on the weight coz he is cutting the fat off while trying to keep as much muscle as posible
