I have prepped dinner based on this recipe. The Tzatziki is gorgeous just in pita bread alone! I can't wait to try it with the meat & veg in whole wheat mini pita breads. I have to say to that Jamie really does inspire me to cook better and healthier. The meat I bought for this came from a butcher shop NOT a grocery store. I went to the butcher yesterday and it was like a revelation. OMG, I love meat again. The smell, the texture, the taste, everything! I will not be getting store meat again.

Great,i love Jamie, but this is not a kebab. It is called souvlAki! Kebab is made of minced meat, not of pork pieces.
