Great questions..You are Soul, and It's more like overlapping worlds or worlds inside each other. These worlds are already worlds inside yourself. Ghosts are often people, without a physical body, from the astral plane. Your body sits or rests as you A(Soul) journey in these inner worlds, but we all do this when we go to bed at night - it's just most don't remember consciously.

sorry but because of scientology,past christian priests taking advantage of their position i the church and on the sheer number of religions i cant really find a reason to believe in any of them its like they contradict each other and sometimes themselves.i know its easy to believe in god when youve lost a loved one but for now i dont really see it, it just seems silly and a waste of time. no offense to religious people.

The only way to know truth is through direct experience, not through a book, or faith, or religion. The challenge with the human reality (being human) is it's limitations, its coarseness. The inner worlds are more real, yet more subtle to experience.

Many, many people have contact with departed loved ones through the dream state, where Souls can meet whether they have a physical body or not. Its' because the heart is open, the love between them draws them together, and for a moment Soul wakes up in the inner worlds.

Thank you - I agree with you that we are Soul, and Soul runs the body. The inner worlds are more real (a higher reality) than this world is. The mind draws a pretty thick curtain between the inner worlds and the human state of consciousness.
