I don't know about this machine but the one I have used uses vegetable oil plant based "inks" not much different than professional cake decorator colours. Ever taste that stuff straight? yuk....but still no different. You didn't actually think that this used real ink did you? LOL

ooo im hurt.
only thing im saying is, this company who built this machine is known to be a scam.
so theres a fat chance it isnt even real vegetable oil ink, but just an inkjet.
therefor its more likely that 'seabrawk' is right about the inkjet ink.
