@DJKevWest thats lying son !!! if your a treu musician it doesnt matter what you use ! fl has a sampler right?fl has the option to run own sounds treu right?it has all the effects you need right?then whats wrong with fl studio that you need to trash it? isnt it just a sequencer like a asr 10? plus ive used ,roland mv 800,mpc 2500 1000 2000 xl and 2000 ,used the asr 10 ensoniq asr x didnt really feel much diffrent in software besides that software is somuch faster
the shit you can do in Fruity Loops is insane. It just doesn't show a lot of principals of production that were built from hardware. A hardware producer has a better understanding when he comes into software production than a software producer has coming into hardware production. But the features in FL are very powerful and I am far from a FL fan.
@djSpinege I feel you. I do most of my stuff on my MPC/EPS combo I have a couple hardware synths and if I really feel up to playing something on the keys I have Reason and Sonar but idk software is just boring to use to me.

It's to eazy for people who don't really have real passion to get into it for the wrong reasons. not saying FL is a bad thing in the hands of the rite person though.

You know and I know that when the asr 10 was considered a new piece of gear you would have been laughed at for a question like this. Now that software has come about and kids have never had to do something like this it comes up often. It just goes to show how far technology has gone. Not a diss to the kids but I do blame Fruity Loops and other daws for not incorporating signal chaining into their software.

Its like in 2002 everyone swore by hardware until about 2007/2008 then from what seemed to be outta no where everyone just went software.
