@asendimchev1996 I think you answered your own question. It's The Joker. Listen to these voicemails and then replay the game if you'd like. Let's just say, Joker is singing this to Harley, in the sense that she's pregnant, so it's for the baby. In the very first cutscene with the Joker (after he poisons you) the pregnancy test can be seen on the floor in the back. Which means Joker knew he was having a kid nearly 9 hours before he died. I don't know why anyone didn't point this out though.

Joker was sick for way longer, yet Batman was nearly dead by the halfway point. maybe it's because he was much more active, running over the city, getting his blood pumping more and thus circulating the toxins more. Just an idea, but it's the only thing I can think of.

@NickStedmon I would say it's because The Joker is known for being immune to nearly all known poisons and toxins. Even Scarecrows fear gas has no effect on him. So I would assume it's his extreme resistance to poisons that kept him alive so long while batman was dying much quicker.

@TheWalrusface that's not entirely correct about poisons. but he is immune to the scarecrows fear gas. in issue #644 he laughed it off as his mind is already unstable. luckily, scarecrow is immune to it too, though he's addicted to fear and constantly gasses himself to try and feel something. i love the scarecrow. XD
