There is not a single thing true in this video. The Carriage horse are well cared for and always in good weight and flesh. Don't you people have anything better to do the protest something you know absolutely nothing about!?!
also please provide evidence of all these horses that have been sent to slaughter, words mean nothing without facts to back it up. And do you not think the ASPCA would have done something already if there was a lack of water for the horses and they were having medical issues because of it? If there was truly an issue then we would hear about it.
Please do not spread lies about an industry. There are requirements as to the size of the stalls, the stalls are large enough for them to lie down and scratch as much as they need. There are also minimum vacation times where the horses are sent to barns outside the city and get to eat grass and get turned out. Ramps are not hard on the horses legs and bars are necessary so that the horses to not break and cut themselves on the glass.
bars on windows? most barns have that to protect horses. Carriage horses go to slaughter? Wow so do 100's even 1000's family pets, ex races horses , show horses... ect. horses only in small stalls not getting turn out or tied forrr hours?. look at the 1000's of show horses that never get turned out let alone abuses for the sake of show like tying them up for hours. Do you protest those? I would love to see protests at AQHA , Tennessee walking horse shows ect.!!.
