Yep, you can play as all of them :) except maybe for the Wily ones (dragon etc) but I'm thinking of including them.

The first demo will probably just have Megaman and Crashman playable. Then I'll add 1 at a time. All due to be done by end of April. Another video is going up in the next 2 days and you'll see a lot of new things!

There will be once I've done the first boss. Until then I'll do regular video updates. One more update at the end of this month then there should be a playable demo.

They're already allowed. That's very easy to do in MMF. That also means u should be able to use a converted NES controller and map all the buttons the same as a NES. :)

if you make co op mode you should make it split screen

I think zooming out as they seperate is better as the players will be close together most of the time.

That's whats done in Super Smash Brothers and other beat-em-up style games. And also if you watch the Megaman 2.5D concept video, it's done there.

I'm gonna release a demo of it, as an exe. Open source, though? The events are not very organised and are very hard to understand so probably not.

His is very good and is based on Megaman 3-6, while mine is based on 1-2. After Megaman 2 the game engine was changed a little.

Yeah, I've been looking forward to his engine for awhile now.

Its almost as good as the one being done in Flash, but I guess the MMF one will be better cause Flash isn't as lenient as MMF.
