10:00 The abbot is really full of wisdom and good advice. Abbot said that sometimes students might have doubt or reluctant to follow instructions, but if students follow the advice, the benefits will be very big in the future.

I think Tsem Tulku Rinpoche is an exceptionally charismatic leader. I mean Tulku aside, when we hear about people sharing about Rinpoche, even high lamas like the abbot, it is always full of praises.
