pretty good heres an exercise that helps with accuracy every night or whenever ur in you room lay on you back with your football then throw it in the air. and catch it. try to have the tightest spiral and try to have the ball come directly back down to you without hitting the ceiling make a game out of it see how many perfect passes can u make out of ten if u can get all ten then go to twenty then thirty etc. eventually you will be able to thread the needle
