@ TanishaCookz you might wanna soak them in salt for 5 min before rolling -they leave out their water and become very pliable and hold their shape. Hope this helps.

@Coolestkylie well if you cut the cucumber thin enough and roll it tightly, it should work out.
Or if you are not eating the cucumber rose then you can cheat and apply glue :P
