Jang im quite new to the whole rc world and im thinking of getting a Subaru Impreza WRC Monte Carlo '07 (DF-03Ra Chassis) with a brushless motor, any ideas on a better rallycar to get or any tips? cheers :)
Heheheh, when I tried that with my LRP Laser Hornet (3-channel coax, indoors only, according to manual), it went over to my neigbours, my neighbour's neighbours, their neighbours, over the ditch, into a tree and down next to the cycler's path before I knew what was happening... Not gonna try that again! :P :D
Nice flying considering the wind. Blade has a new msrx it's awesome and an mqx that is a quad coptor. The quad is great fun for indoor use and can manage outdoor flight with decent wind. It's insanely stable and can do flips in the air. It fly's as stable as a coaxial and as agile as a cp heli .I own 4 different Blade heli's and this one is buy fare the most fun. Been flying it pretty aggressively for about a week and haven't broke a single part. Great vids , totally love your channel
After doing a long run using the vileneon 3500kv motor and esc set-up and a 11.1v 5000mah 25c battery running a 33/76 gear ratio. After doing a couple of speed runs I checked the motor temps and reached 225 degrees f. After charging the battery for a second run, it started to stutter. I checked the slipper clutch and checked the entire drivetrain it still stuttered. I adjusted the clutch in different ways possible and still it stutters. I calibrated my esc using my transmitter and still stutter
@1180flowrider So most likely its the motor? Guess I'll go with Castle Creations on this set-up too. I have it on my 2 touring rc cars I own. Thanks for the Info.
my msr had a VERY light crash (going literally 2 mph) and fell maybe a foot, and after that it completely failed to respond to any imput from the controller. luckily though e flite replaced it.
Great video! Like the no music and little editing. They feel more natural. Glad you're getting into helicopters. Do you intend to advance to collective pitch soon?
Hey Jang, I love your vids. You should review the Turnigy 1 10 buggy. No one makes vids of it.

Do you use some sort of head-mounted camera to film and fly at the same time?

is that the normal run time for that helicopter?
1003676 1 month ago
@1003676
No, this was a short flight... probably stopped early for the video, or cause of the wind. You can easily get 5-10 minute flights out of the mSR.

@pumjoon1 That's what you get when you kill your motor by overheating. Been there, done that, although it was a cheap chinese bucket.

Any tips?

@roosterinorbit to fly outside everything has to be set up so taht its as hard to fly as possible. Ie advanced controller and flybar setup
