The "oeu" in Ricoeur can be pronounced a little more openly than the Ø in danish, if you know it, or the german ö (Rikör). But it isn't exactly the same sound (not present in Brazilian as long as I know).
Look for "Open-mid front rounded vowel" in IPA.

@bogoio Im french and im late. The "oeu" in "Ricoeur" is pronounced like the "ea" in "hearth".
It's the best example i found cause "coeur" also means "hearth" in french.

nope! heart means "coeur" in french, hearth is "terre", our planet
