why do any more range of motion than needed? any higher and the triceps take over and any lower and the shoulder joints take all the stress. there is no reason to go full range unless your training for strength where you want to train all the assisting muscles..people making comments just must have been searching for his low carb brownie recipe and stumbled upon this video haha
