Intro to this track is amazing. Once it breaks (i.e. the chorus kicks in to the end) it kind of sucks. However, I ***really*** love the tension built into the opening minute or so of this track.

@Anarchosyn I thought that little bit at the end where his voice is high pitched, that was really sweet, I imagine some innocent child saying those things, wondering where the heroines have gone to. It had a very nostalgic feel to it, the way he sang it.

Frank Black is a freakin god. I used to be so into the Pixies back in the day, and I have a bunch of his solo stuff. I remember hearing this in the PPG movie but forgot about it until today. Love it!

On a side note - Does anyone else think Jack White channels a little bit of Frank Black in his vocals? They sound pretty similar although Frank's voice is obviously a little more mature.
