@kkr007c Yes, he talks about "Google CD", and then switches to "Cloud Seeding". His problem is that he has heard too many things, but never read about those things. So by looking at these two terms, he imagined that when you upload a file to Google, you seed a new (physical) cloud :-)

Please ask him what if wind blows and the cloud crosses the boarder into Pakistan. They would condence the cloud and drain data from its water. Stupid ass****.
