  • me gustaria verlo pero esta en ingles

  • Spielberg is the master....

  • I visited the US in July of 1993 and the second day I was there my cousin took me to see this movie. I haven't seen a trailer and I never even heard of the movie before that day.

It is to this date the most beautiful and thrilling cinema experience I ever had.

  • THANK YOU John Williams.

  • Why dont they make movies this good anymore :(

  • Life changed after 1:49

  • 2:11+ Movies really did change forever...

  • At 0:34 movies changed forever....

  • "Dr. Grant, my dear Dr. Sattler welcome to Jurassic Park."

  • I am 26 years old.

When i look at this scene i am 7.

  • this makes me smile every time I watch it.

  • This to me is inspiring

  • One movie that can never, will never be topped.

  • @UndercoverCracker book tops it

  • @antitroll890 The book has Dr. Grant's expression...

  • 0:05 its marty mcfly from back to the future

  • 1:23 the Brachiosaur calls out to the rest of the herd because she's found food. Man! It's the little details like that which makes this movie incredible.

  • almost 20 years of this movie :)

  • Magical....

  • Im 18 and my breath still gets taken away at this scene, anyone else?

  • @THEDRAKKUS 16 and i get it too =]

  • @THEDRAKKUS That, and the look of awe on Dr. Grant's face at 2:22. Makes me cry every time.

  • I will remember this scene and it's breath taking music till the day I die, that is without any doubt. The movie that made CGI come to the fore.

  • @MrViperwolf CGI? I thought they were real dinosaurs. (lol)

  • Gives me chills every time I see this scene. Best movie ever.

  • One of movie histories most epic scenes.

  • Am I the only one who gets goosebumps in this scene, no matter how many times ive seen it?

  • I'm proud to be born in the same year this movie was made.

  • @metalisback Same here :)

  • john williams is the god of music.... chills everytime...

  • WELCOME TO JURASSIC PARK. That line still sends chills down my spine...and the music is without a doubt some of the best.

  • THIS IS THE MOST EPIC MOVIE OF ALL TIME!

  • the best movie´s scene ever.

  • Grant: "They're moving in herds! They DO move in herds"

  • The music just adds to the experience :)

  • 2:24 is real....

  • Now this is a scene to be fascinated about. Nowadays the special effects might be better but nothing can ever be the same as this.

  • fuck avatar fuck the new movies this and independence day were the best movies on effects ever made

  • Amazing how the CGI manages to hold up even today.

  • Most special effects now a days still don't live up to this movie. Just imagine how powerfull the computers must have been....

  • The dinosaurs we see is the Brontosaurus!

Sadly; this dinosaurs no longer exists. Well actually it does exist but under a different name now a days! Will so much film history around this particular dino; it's sad that in a way it's gone now!

I hope this made sense too someone because I did not know how to type what I was thinking!

  • @daviddarkmaster Actually, this is a Brachiosaurus (listen to what the old man says about the neck length), which has always been the real name. Brontosaurus was a dinosaur that was put together from different pieces of skeleton, and has since been debunked as an improbable genus, kinda like Iguanadon, before they found the rest of the skeleton, not just the thumb.

  • Why dont you Americans more films like that. I miss them

  • What I love about this movie is its not just action. There's a level of beauty in this movie, and nothing about it is over the top. Like in most CGI filled movies today.

  • Is it me or is there An editing problem? At 1:24 you see the brachiosaurus' head overlap the trees but seconds later, when it turns, its head is behind the trees. Can someone explain that to me?

Still love this scene though :)

  • @luigimon25 I think maybe they were trying to put the brachi's head in front of the branch and when she turns back around it's suposed to be behind it. But idk :)

  • @jurassicparkfan4eva Yeah, that's what I was thinking, but idk. Sucks that if you really look at it, it's noticeable. I still love the JP franchise! haha

  • @luigimon25 ps, I agree w what you said earlier. The level of beauty in this film w the action. I think that's what makes it so real.

  • @luigimon25 Good observation lol. I think its an editing problem

  • @luigimon25 damn you're right! how could this happen?

  • My eyes always get full of tears and get goosebumps *-*

    I LOVE JURASSIC PARK!

This is the movie that made me be a movie fanatic *-*

I've watched this like 10 times in one week when I was a kid *-*

  • Look what I found on my last trip to the Amazon....!

  • 1:00

    captain obvious

  • this is magic !!!!!

  • when he's looking at around 0:09, goldblum is behind him, then at 0:11, goldblum is gone, horrible editing

  • No, Goldblum is turned to the side, you can still see his shoulder. Not the best shot, but he is still there.

  • @arthurtats

I may be wrong but I think Goldblum is leaning forward at 0:11 and thats why you can't see him, either that or as you say horrible editing

  • @CasualViolence true

  • Is that only usa?

  • 2:08 - 2:45 I cry....

  • Magic is real....

  • Mr. Spielberg, I am forever in your debts

  • Such a beautiful creature, Brachiosaurus. It even makes beautiful noises as well. If only thaw were real life!

  • Alen perhaps you should look on your left more often lol...

  • Al pacino?

  • a KING still made this movie! d-(^.^)-b

  • Still gives me the goosebumps.. at 02:04 am.

  • Greatest movie ever!

  • It would have been better without Jeff Goldblum, what shitty acting especially at 1:42

  • I went to see Jurassic park in 1993 I was 10 years old. Soon as I left the cinema I knew what I wanted to do with the rest of my life I want to make movies!!!!

  • this literary made me cry, i dont know why but maybe because ive gotten older that ive truly felt the emotions of the movie ;')

  • welcome to my AWESOME childhood.!!!!..love this!

  • back in the days when I was in first or second grade I thought it was real. was really magical and I still remember those days :( For many years I thought the special effects were the best but now I see its CGI.

  • Back in the days when special effects complimented story telling, rather than overwhelming it.

  • although this scene is an absolute classic and pure movie magic, this is the only scene in this film where i feel the effects have dated a bit.. the Brachi is the least convincing dinosaur in JP imo..

  • the effects in this movie are better than the effects in some movies with were produced later....it's amzing what spielberg did in this movie

  • This story is a true masterpiece.

  • We have a T-Rex!

  • MOUTH OPEN !!

  • goosebumps. tears. this scene is perfection.

  • Wife: Honey, look!

Me:(half asleep) what? (opens eyes and looks up) :O (faints)

  • So amazing!

  • jurassic park is amazing and i love the dinosaurs

  • they didnt hear this shit before they showed up? It's stomping around like a fucking earthquake and she's all looking at leaf. ho ho ho nice leaf ya got here. oh shit a dinosaur the size of a fucking house is just standing next to me, how'd that happen!! t-rex shakes peoples drinks nationwide but this thing is as stealthy as a cat.

  • Gotta love that Spielberg introduced us to groundbreaking new technology that would forever change the face of cinema, but he knew his limits and never abused it. There's still large amounts of sets, scene locations, practical effects, etc. While movies like the Stars Wars prequels, for instance, just say "fuck it, green screen." I feel that if you don't love your art, you can't expect anyone else to love it.

  • "Dr grant, My dear Dr Sandler, Welcome, To Jurassic Park" :'3

  • Funny thing is, this park would have been perfect and things would have went well if Nedry didn't fuck shit up

  • I wasn't old enough to experience Star Wars in the movie theater, but I was old enough for Jurassic Park, and this scene is my equivalent to the opening scene in A New Hope when the Star Destroyer blasts across the screen. Simply awe-inspiring. Something that had never been seen before. The thin wall between fantasy and reality is completely shattered, and you find yourself wholly entranced by movie magic. Easily one of the greatest scenes in any movie ever.

  • @ValkyrieIsAboutToDie its only a film..

  • @ValkyrieIsAboutToDie TRUE VERY VERY TRUE

  • @ValkyrieIsAboutToDie Prior to seeing your comment, I was gonna write something very similiar. You brilliantly expressed the thoughts of millions of 20-something year olds worldwide. As a cinema lover, seeing this scene inparticular as a 8yr-old in the theatre will stick in my mind until the day I die as the 1st time I was really captivated by the true magic of cinematic-creation. A ticket was $8, the amazing experience I was offered from 2 hours in the theatre in late 1993, was truly priceless.

  • @ValkyrieIsAboutToDie You said everything there was to say! *-*

  • gotta love the one-liners from ian malcolm lol

  • If they ever did make a Jurassic Park *i saw they cloned a dino* I would go there or better WORK THERE! =D

  • @mattstorm360 Hell Yeah!

  • i love this movie too.....

    \

  • 2:52 "How'd you do this?" a compeltly genius and self-referential line, as the audience themselves was asking the exact same thing. We knew that it was a movie, but at the same time, we actually thought these dinosaurs were 100% real. A magical moment in cinema that will never be replicated. This was a time when special effects truly were special.

  • @somethinglacking1

Yes bro. I can see your point perfectly. In the 90's the special effects were truly magical because that was the begining. Nowdays you can see CGI and other things in every movie. Even when you go to the cineme people except from every movie to be spectacular. When this film made it was extremely surpise for everyone because they have never seen like this before. Today you can find computer tech in every film...

  • @somethinglacking1 I agree. This IS when special effects were truly special. I remember being at the theater watching this scene. I was blown away and my mom had tears in her eyes. Awesome scene. Wish special effects were still this good.

  • @luigimon25 I saw this movie when I was 5, and this scene still brings a tear to my eye!

  • YES! I finally found a proper clip of this scene after trawling through that bible behemoth rubbish. This to me, is the most incredible scene in any movie ever. I also prefer this to the apatosaur herd in the book.

  • This movie was RELEASED in 1993. They began making Jurassic Park in late 1989. This film revolutionized the movie industry. And even to this date, 22 years after they began making this movie, it still has the greatest visual and special effects of any movie.

  • I still get chills from this immortal scene, but how didn't they notice a 50-ton behemoth thundering beside their car? Nevertheless, a timeless scene

  • I always thought that dinosaur was just standing there eating and not moving which is why its so quiet.

This is one of 'those' scenes. Music, effects, the actors it all comes together and just works. Sam Neil is acting like every ten year old who's ever thought dinosaurs were awesome would be: his dream, long lost to time, stands before him in flesh and blood. Its no longer theories extrapolated from bones, its all real.

And for moment, I though it was real too.

  • Fantastical !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • how to make tears in the eyes of a bunch of 18-30 years old guys: show them this scene.

  • This is one of the greatest moments ever. I love this scene so much. and I love this movie so much.

  • This is one of the most magical scenes in cinema history.

  • better graphics than movies nowadays

  • oh man the nostalgia.. i had this on video tape...

  • my mouth was gaping and my eyes were bulging at 5 years old.

im just crying now at 19 from the nostalgia.

  • WTF?

    is this real?

  • @sonated Es una Pelicula.

  • @sonated dude, if you don't know Jurassic Park, you deserve to die painfully.

  • The best cgi dinosuar ever.

  • The sheer beauty of this scene makes me cry.

  • When I was a kid I was overwhelmed by the size of the brachio. Now I'm having the same reaction that Alan had....

  • When I first saw this as a kid, I thought this scene was just magic. Now that I'm older, it actually brings a tear to my eye.

  • :'(

  • Who the hell disliked this video? I ask because I think they need the help of a doctor.

  • @TamRiver one of those weird creationist people

  • @8azile8

This is a documentary as far as they're concerned XD

  • I remember wen i was little (4 yrs) and my parents and grandparents wud tell me the dinosaurs were robots and i kept telling them " no im sry but they used real dinosaurs for tiz movie not robots"

  • Director: ok, now follow me, LOOK at me..I'm a big dinosaur, RAWRRRR...look at me look at me...look surprised....

  • Wow. Wow. Wow.

Shivers EVERY time I see this. Indescribably epic.

  • the best part of the saga

  • Is it bad that I'm crying? I miss my childhood.

  • wait wtf this isnt even the first few scenes wtf.!!!

  • @2583060

    Well it's 20 minutes into a 2 hour movie.

  • JUSTIN BIEBERS PENIS IS THE SIZE OF THE DISLIKE BAR LOL LOL LOLLOLOLOLOL

  • @jakeman7899

Lol thats why he didnt get the woman pregnant
