well, what i do, is i say "thank you" and call back like 20-30 minutes later and i usually get connected to a different person.

I cant stand Charter, but Im stuck with them as of right now. Damn the bad luck. I know Charter is in St.Louis and St.Louis County Missouri, but what other citys or states is charter in??

@HELPMEwithSWAG yep dude i have charter 2 but i let charter on but torrow moiring i saw my charter cable was dosenet work and computer and phne then i got bill man that sound suck (later) when on thruday i got dierctv i cant wait =)
