it brings a tear to my eye just watching all those memories go up in smoke like that. The thing that pisses me off is that everybody thinks that it was caused by a chip pan or electric fault...you dont seriously belive that a chip pan fire or electric fire could cause that do you? it was obviously planned and it was set on fire on purpose so they could claim money, its happening all over england due to credit crunch.

ive been there quite a few times it was a gr8 place and now its gone down hopefully it will get rebuilt i really really hope so!!

thats great but it will still take 2-3 or maybe even 4 years to get it back the way it was. It happened to be the one they had just bought lots of new stuff for too, and not the one no one really uses!

im going to haven in sonerset, just nearby. But we were gonna visit weston super mare.
But now the pier's gone....
WE STIL WILL! I feel so sorry for everyone who relied on tourist trade, and worked on the pier. What will they do now?
