I think the only reason it doesn't sound right is because of the fact that The guitar used isnt the same that Syn plays for this song. Each guitar brand (and model sometimes) have their own feel and their own tone.... but this was a four and a half star attempt in my opinion :)

the only part of the solo that's swept are are couple arpeggios that could be swept, or alt. picked. it doesnt matter in the end as long as the solo's right...if we're going to be stifflers about it...

Feeling is not the problem. The problem he is playing faster then he can play clean, hes sloppy and his bends are out of tune. Work on basics before attempting solos.

It's tabbed like a sweep pick, but it slow enough to the point where you can just alt pick it... but it's pretty fast for alt picking 5 different strings like that... for someone who's not very good it would be easier to just sweep it
