y pensar que cuando corrió para McLaren marcó 372,4 kph en los entrenamientos libres en 2005, pero igual no deja de ser espectacular el manejo de Montoya en este circuito...
In my opinion AS was the best base on his Charisma, personality and race craft how he fougth against the insidious poiltics in the disloged world of F1,after him a Colombian boy came with the same passion, the same aproach to racing to show that the so called MS "the best" is a mith just to make money and blindfolded peoples minds-weak minds. JPM certainly show in more that one occasion that MS is NOT invincible and shake his chair and accomplices the FIA and he gives them hell. Continuo...
@TOXICTRACE Those ones who wants to cover up the truth called at him "inconsistent" but actually JPM become a INCONVINIENCE for the FIA,who couldn´t handel his fire when things has to be said, the truth, not going around the bushes.Like AS did at his time he felt the same crap from a stupid man who´s waste to mention his name.As for JPM,the FIA pushed so much bullshit at him that any man has his limitations and left.Sadly for us we don´t enjoy F1 anymore or, are we??.The truth prevails MONTOYEAH
My Gawd...Montoya went beyond the limits of that car and found...something, and a whole lot faster! Compare that lap with the faster laps we have seen at Monza since then, and ask yourself, Did they really drive as well as Montoya?". And...I think you will find the answer to be - NO...Hell NO!
@WinnersGames Oh, that's for sure. I'm really curious to see what shitlaren, cockwilliams and pooperrari can do with the budget of Minardi. I think they can do way worse than the Faenza's team.
@cesaracove - In order to be the best, you can't just count time, or laps, or World Championships. It requires much more than that. In order to be the best, the pilot must be complete. I think he was great, but out side of the track he was stupid and spoiled. That's why I think he was not among the greatest drivers. To tell Montoya is the best, I think it offends truly great drivers such as Fanjio, Jim Clarck, Prost, Senna and Schumacher.
@Embraer091 Fair enough, but you can't say that Schumacher,- or to an extent, Senna was/is a great person on track. They were both very fast, but also, incredibly stupid, and dangerous.
@pixelsilva Not, you´re referencing to 2002. Montoya in 2004 destroyed his previous record of 2002 when he snatched the record of fastest lap to Keijo Rosberg.
si este auto hubiera tenido slicks hubiera hecho al menos 1 segundo menos en la vuelta.. magnificos tiempos de la f1

Fastest Lap in the history of F1. Took an 18 year old record from Keke Rosberg, stablished in 1985.
