Ken's grotesque sense for the visual ridiculous really shines in this sketch. Then and now, few (if any) so-called "comedians" have come even close to him in that department. There's no denying that Ken felt deeply amused by the yanks. He regularly mimics a yank accent in his sketches (e.g. Capt. Kremmen), but this really takes the cake!
