There were a lot of theological problems with this movie, but, I disagree there was some "hidden agenda". As a matter of fact, aside from the overdoing it of the symptoms this girl had, real exorcists say there were a lot of things that were true. Divorce, lack of religious upbringing, and, number one, the girl playing with the Ouija board were the main things that allowed the evil to be brought in. This is 100% true. Most possessions of that type occur from playing with occult things.

even in the original exorcist movie they made the exorcism a painstaking year long, gut wrenching, priest killing episode that no one in their right mind would ever want to go through. The vatican entertains satan..it is the seat of satan. Satan cannot cast out satan and they are not about to show you that it is as easy as proclaiming the name of Jesus over them. Watch the original and see that they barely mention his name. They sell it as something only ordained men can accomplish...lol

Kind of spooky, but I think there may be too much thought put into this commercial. I actually kind of chuckled at the end. I'm not the wishy washy type, but I know when to pick my battles, this isn't one of them.

However, this was not mocking Christianity at all, if anything it was Catholicism. I mean, they were doing a parody of the Exorcist, which had a Priest in it, from the Catholic Church.

There is nothing to be offended by.

Look, no one likes commercials. And too many people DO like trash, like reality Tv. But not everything on Tv is totally bad. I keep track of what I watch most of the time. And yes, I must confess, I have favorite shows as well. Psych, Legend of the Seeker, Burn Notice, Grounded for Life, Power Rangers Jungle Fury.

None of these shows are bad. Just like the Internet, the Tv has it's share of junk, but that doesn't mean everything on it is evil.
