YOUR ipod nano is a 1g with 2gb (you can tell from the steel cover on the back of the ipod). That's just the fact, dude, and that's why I'm tellin ppl just so they they know that ipodlinux only works on 1g ipod nanos (which you have) and not on 2g nanos.
