The reason why its called Oak Evolution i beacuse, Sailor Jupitor is named after the roman GoD Jupiter, aka Zeus., they are both symbolized by the oak and they are also tied in with evolution! Geeez read a book or at least wikipedia this!! Hench why she has lighting as her weapon, and venus has love and beauty, tied it with Aphroditie or Venus the Goddess of Love, Mars, god of war and fire, etc....

I read about Sailor Jupiter on Wikipedia and it said that she has her thunder powers because Greek Mythology's Zeus used thunderbolts and in Japanese Mythology, the planet Jupiter was aligned with the element of Wood hence Oak Evolution and the laurel given to her. Then again, then again, I did read off Wikipedia so I might be wrong.
