To me, Exterminator aka "Old Bones" was a great horse because he was so thin and tall that he was bought to be a training companion to another horse that ended up scratched from a race which led to Exterminator being entered and, I thinking, winning. He ended up being entered in 99 races with quite a few wins including the Kentucky Derby. He lived for 30 years.

Yeah Star is a freak, that's why I would prefer Dessie and Rummie, they had to work harder with more heart and determination, both legend horses!

He literally breazed the king george! he used up little energy! I mean HELLO!! how many horses do that if they havent been drugged, I am not making accusations of being drugged but i think that a big race like that they should have done a blood check! They do it for the jockeys to make sure they havent taken diuretics! He could be a good horse, but i mean to win a record the way he did, thats weird! The fact he was so far ahead of them!

Those horses will never be forgotten they were gr8 horses, but as any1 else not noticed exotic dancer that gr8 racehorse who recently died at cheltenham is never mentioned he was my favourite horse and will be missed by me if nobody else!

I backed Persian Punch in the melbourne cup a few years back. He came from england i think and ended up topweight on both occasions.his English record must have been good and he looked pretty good in Oz. Did he die recently?
