youpick4me, Sept 8 was a great day for America, the hearing resulted in the judge refusing to grant Obama's motion to dismiss at this point b/c it was just filed on Friday, & allowing only 1 month before a hearing date for Oct. 5 to make a decision on that motion, which he said would require strong compelling reason to grant, & if not granted that the case would go to discovery then, plus dates for pre-trial and trial were set for January.
Judge Carter allowed for Obama's lawyers to refile their dismissal motion after hearing Taitz' arguments. He will dismiss on October 5th. He scolded Taitz throughout Tuesday's hearing and then set Jan. 26th as a "worst-case scenario" date for a trail. At no point did he state that he would need a strong reason to grant dismissal. In fact, going by how he reacted to Taitz throughout the hearing, he would probably take any reason just to get her out of his court.

youpick4me, Sept 8 was a great day for America, the hearing resulted in the judge refusing to grant Obama's motion to dismiss at this point b/c it was just filed on Friday, & allowing only 1 month before a hearing date for Oct. 5 to make a decision on that motion, which he said would require strong compelling reason to grant, & if not granted that the case would go to discovery then, plus dates for pre-trial and trial were set for January.

Judge Carter allowed for Obama's lawyers to refile their dismissal motion after hearing Taitz' arguments. He will dismiss on October 5th. He scolded Taitz throughout Tuesday's hearing and then set Jan. 26th as a "worst-case scenario" date for a trail. At no point did he state that he would need a strong reason to grant dismissal. In fact, going by how he reacted to Taitz throughout the hearing, he would probably take any reason just to get her out of his court.

IF Obama is found to be disqaulified for POTUS then his acts would be disqualified, including selection of running mate and all other appointments, bills signed, executive orders. Therefore the U.S. would follow the rules of succession. Most likely Pelosi would assume POTUS.

I don't think he really creates the policies. But it doens't matter to me. This needs to be dealt with simply because it's the law and if we skip this law then there's no hope.
