Its not a weapon. Its a profit machine. They don't have to make the virus harmful or lethal. Its enough to fake a few death certificates stating about swine flu as the cause. Everyone taking vaccine will really get ill (not from a virus but from the chemicals). The ones who know about the deal just simply don't use vaccines. A real virus would be uncontrollable and could infect the people behind the scenes. A much better way is to make the vaccine the threat.
